Comparison
Until about 1960, radiators were made of steel or cast iron and were very heavy and impractical in many aspects. In 1961, the Sira Group® registered a worldwide patent for radiators in aluminum and steel (Bimetal®), the qualities of which were immediately recognized in the market.
The success of aluminum radiators over the years has confirmed the potential and concrete advantages of heating with such radiators. Thanks to its exceptional conductibility and extremely low thermal inertia, aluminum reacts very rapidly to temperature variations, thus permitting a considerable saving of energy. Furthermore, aluminum is ecological in that it is 100% recyclable. Thanks to its lightness, it is very practical and simple to install.
The Sira Group® designs and produces different types of radiators, all in aluminum. The following are details on the product lines of the Sira Group® .
- Bimetal radiators
- BiMetal radiators combine the advantages of steel used in the core of the radiator with the advantages of aluminum used for the external surface.
- Diecast radiators
- The DieCast line takes advantage of the most modern pressure die-casting technology to produce radiators offering exceptional performance.
- Aluminium radiators
- Aluminium is the line of radiators in extruded aluminum offering great versatility, optimum performance and low consumption.
- Electron radiators
- Electron is the new line of Sira electrical radiators, characterized by innovative technology and high performance.
